VoIP Phone System Feature – Call Transfer
One of the most fundamental PBX Phone system features, Call Transfer offers a great deal of privacy to users. Among various locations, the in-built Call Transfer feature allows users to transfer their calls to another number, user or voicemail.
The user can choose either of the two convenient methods for transferring calls – Blind Transfer and Attended Transfer.
In case of Blind Transfer, the call is automatically transferred. There is no delay involved.
In case of Attended Transfer, the recipient of a call is informed beforehand about the incoming call i.e. his approval is sought before the transfer. Users can opt of either of the two Call Transfer methods depending upon the situation.
